Abstract Submission Call

We are extending the deadline for Late Breaking Poster Abstract Submissions to Aug 5th. This is for posters only.

We are excited to solicit abstract presentations in the following fields:

  • Mechanisms of Tissue Regeneration
  • Novel Cell Therapies and Genetic Engineering
  • Cell-Based Therapeutics, Activation, and Licensing
  • Disease Modeling and Development
  • Innovative Models for Pre-clinical and Clinical Testing of Regenerative Therapeutics

If your abstract is accepted, it will be included in our online abstract booklet and will be distributed to all conference participants. You can submit as many abstracts to the conference for review as you would like.

Submission Guidelines

  1. Presentation Type: Each abstract must be submitted as an oral or poster presentation. Abstracts that are not selected for an oral presentation will automatically be considered for a poster presentation.
  2. Presenting Authors: Each abstract may indicate only one presenting author who will receive all abstract-related correspondence and will be responsible for relaying information to all co-authors. (Data required: first name, last name, affiliation, full mailing address, email address, phone number and career stage)
  3. Co-Authors: first name, last name, affiliation, affiliation location, and e-mail address
    Abstract Title: The abstract title is limited to 175 characters (not including spaces).
  4. Abstract Content: The abstract body text is limited to 250 words, must be formatted as one paragraph, and should not include section titles, tables, graphs, charts, diagrams, authors or references.
  5. Funding Source(s): Authors may list funding sources (limited to 200 characters not including spaces).
