Abstract Submission Call

Abstract submissions for the 2023 NAVRMA Conference in Kona, Hawaii are open for poster and oral presentations. Abstract submissions will be accepted until March 15th, 2023. All abstracts will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee to ensure that the topic of the submission is consistent with the scope of the topics covered at the conference. A small number of abstracts will be selected for short podium presentations by the Organizing Committee. Decisions will be announced by April 1st, 2023.
We are excited to solicit abstract presentation in the following fields:

  1. Pluripotent stem cells
  2. Disease modeling
  3. cell therapy for immune modulation
  4. Bio-engineering
  5. Innovative technologies in the pipeline

If your abstract is accepted, it will be included in our online abstract booklet that will be distributed to all conference participants. You can submit as many abstracts to the conference for review as you would like.

Submission Guidelines

  • Presentation Type: Each abstract must be submitted as an oral or poster presentation. Abstracts that are not selected for an oral presentation will automatically be considered for a poster presentation.
  • Presenting Authors: Each abstract may indicate only one presenting author who will receive all abstract-related correspondence and will be responsible for relaying information to all co-authors. (Data required: first name, last name, affiliation, full mailing address, email address, phone number and career stage)
  • Co-Authors: first name, last name, affiliation, affiliation location, and e-mail address
  • Abstract Title: The abstract title is limited to 175 characters (not including spaces).
  • Abstract Content: The abstract body text is limited to 250 words, must be formatted as one paragraph, and should not include section titles, tables, graphs, charts, diagrams, authors or references.
  • Funding Source(s): Authors may list funding sources (limited to 200 characters not including spaces).
