Kona International Airport (KOA) offers visitors a variety of the major car rental companies conveniently located on the airport campus by a short 2-minute shuttle ride. Outrigger Kona Resort and Spa also offer an on-site car rental option to guests.

It’s approximately 16 miles from Kona International Airport to Outrigger Kona Resort and Spa.

Taxi, Lyft, and Uber services are readily available at Kona International Airport and will cost $55 – $65 per ride. (Check rates are they may change since the posting of this information).

Outrigger Kona Resort and Spa offers daily self-parking for guests at the rate of $10.00 per day.  Valet Parking is available at the posted rates at the time of check-in.

Concierge services are available to assist with restaurant and excursion reservations.

After August 21, Outrigger will release unreserved rooms for general sale and availability for conference attendees may be impacted. Attendees may make reservations by calling toll free (800) 688-7444 and asking for the NORTH AMERICAN VETERINARY REGENERATIVE MEDICINE ASSOCIATION (NAVRMA) 2023 CONFERENCE. A credit card will be required to hold each individual’s reservation and will confirm the reservation for the date(s) indicated.

Complimentary enhanced WiFi access is available in all guest rooms and conference facilities.

A 20% discount is available to all attendees on spa treatments at the Ho’Ola Spa.

A one (1) night charge will be assessed for any reservation canceled within 72 hours of your arrival date. Individuals with guaranteed reservations who fail to arrive (no show) on the confirmed date will be charged for the entire stay.

An early departure fee of one (1) night’s room and tax will b e charged to a guest’s account in the event a guest checks out prior to their reserved checkout date. Holua Poolside Bar and Lounge: Hours 11:00 am to 5:00 pm; salads, wraps, sandwiches, and signature cocktails

Wailele Café: Check posted hours for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Freshly brewed Kona coffee (sourced locally) offering chef-inspired cuisine, signature cocktails and wines. Reservations are highly recommended.
